Elika Somani, BA

Elika Somani is a fellow in the Department of Bioethics. She completed her BA in Global Health and Development at Macalester College. Her work experience spans topics in global health and development, improving state governance, and institutional decision-making. At the NIH, she hopes to examine issues surrounding dual-use and gain of function research, global health priority setting, and ethics and regulations around biotechnology and artificial intelligence (AI).
